Payment is handled by invoice. Invoices include e-transfer instructions, the balance due, and the invoice number to place in the e-transfer message. Auto-deposit is enabled.
Small updates may be billed after completion. Larger website builds usually need written approval and an agreed deposit before work begins.
Hosting options can include setup, SSL-ready hosting, basic file checks, tracking snippet support, and help with small updates depending on the plan.
It is a ZIP or GitHub starter package with an admin dashboard, setup wizard, three starter site records, todos, stats, estimates, invoices, and e-transfer wording. Extra sites can be planned later.
Most messages are reviewed within one business day. Urgent website problems should include “urgent” in the email subject and a short description of what is broken.
